Showcasing of the pioneering UK Seafood Carbon Emissions Profiling Tool during NASF

The North Atlantic Seafood Forum has had a long lasting strong bond to the seafood industry in the United Kingdom. The UK attendees for this year’s NASF will be over 70 with a broad range of sub-sectors from the seafood industry represented including investment, aquaculture, processing, education and research, UK government and technology. This year they will be joined in Bergen by The British Ambassador to Norway, Jan Thompson CMG OBE.

Simon Dwyer, who has represented NASF in the UK for over 10 years, commented “We welcome the British Ambassador’s attendance at NASF. It’s probably the best turn-out from the UK since I’ve been involved with NASF. We have representatives from Scotland, London and the south of England plus a significant group from the Grimsby seafood cluster.”
