Carl-Emil Kjølås Johannessen - Investment Banking
Carl-Emil joined Pareto in 2015 as an equity analyst covering the seafood industry before moving over to the investment banking seafood team in 2022. Experience from Grieg Seafood and the family business, Fossen AS, later sold to Lerøy. MSc in Economics from The Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Sander Lie - Equity Research
Sander leads the Seafood research team at Pareto Securities, currently covering ~20 companies in the sector. Prior to joining Pareto in 2022, Sander worked as an equity analyst at Nordea Markets. He holds an MSc in Business with Major in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.

Ivan Vindheim - CEO
Mr. Vindheim was appointed CEO in 2019. Prior to this he held the position as CFO.
Mr. Vindheim has experience from various executive positions in seafood and other industries. He was CFO of Mowi for seven years before taking on the position of CEO.
Mr. Vindheim holds an MSc in Business and an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics. He is also a State Authorized Public Accountant and Certified European Financial Analyst.

Frode Arntsen - CEO
Frode Arntsen has been CEO in SalMar since October 2022. He started in SalMar in 2017 as COO, Industry and Sales. He has a background from the Norwegian Military, and is educated as a lecturer within management and has worked in the seafood industry since 2000.

Andreas Kvame - CEO
Andreas Kvame has been the CEO of Grieg Seafood ASA since 2015. He has international experience from change management and improvements in the aquaculture industry from a number of companies. He has previously worked as CEO of Scanbio AS, and as director of sales and supply at Mowi, where he was also responsible for the integration of Stolt Seafarms, Panfisk, and Fjord Seafood.
Kvame has an educational background in agriculture, aquaculture and business administration.
